Mendro provides a digital platform for structured self-reflection supported by AI. The service includes:

3. Prerequisites for Use
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use Mendro.
- Mental Stability: Mendro is a self-help tool and requires basic mental stability. It is not suitable for acute crises.
4. Disclaimer
No Medical Advice: Mendro does not provide medical diagnoses or therapy.
No Emergency Service: Mendro cannot provide help in emergencies.
5. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of misuse.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using Mendro, you grant us the right to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Use of AI
Mendro uses Artificial Intelligence to support your reflection.
- The AI acts as a supportive tool, not a decision-maker.
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You should use your own judgment.
8. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations.
9. Payment & Subscriptions
Payments are processed via the respective App Store (Apple/Google). The terms and conditions of the App Store apply.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
