Delete Your Mendro Account

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Mendro account and associated personal data, email support@mendro.ai.

Please send your request from the email address linked to your Mendro account whenever possible. This helps us verify that the request comes from the account owner.

2. Verification Before Deletion

We do not process account deletion requests without verification.

Before deleting an account, we may require additional verification steps, for example:

  • confirming the request from the email address connected to the account
  • confirming a verification link or one-time code sent to the registered email address
  • re-authentication inside the app, where applicable

If you signed up with Google or Apple, we may verify the request through the email address associated with that login.

3. What Happens After Your Request

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your deletion request within a reasonable period and delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain specific records for legal, tax, accounting, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

If certain data must be retained, we will keep it only for the legally required or strictly necessary period.

4. Subscriptions

Deleting your Mendro account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

If you have an active store subscription, you must cancel it separately through the store where you purchased it.
