As a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., downloads, app subscriptions), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

1. You have expressly agreed that we (or the App Store provider) begin with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

2. You have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the execution of the contract.
