How your reflections are processed

Reflections are processed so Mendro can respond, create structure, and keep continuity across sessions.

Updated on March 15, 2026

When you write or speak in Mendro, your reflection is processed so the app can respond, create structure, and keep useful context across sessions.

What that processing is for

This processing can be used to support the live reflection experience, create journal entries, and connect new sessions to relevant earlier themes.

Why transparency matters

Trust is not created by saying "privacy matters" in general terms. Trust comes from explaining in plain language why reflections are processed and what product functions depend on that processing.

The standard Mendro should meet

You should be able to understand, at a practical level, why your reflections are processed and where to go if you want more detail about privacy controls or deletion.
