Canceling a Mendro subscription is straightforward. You should not need to search through unrelated settings or guess whether the cancellation actually succeeded.
What users need to know
If you started your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation is managed there rather than inside the app. The exact menu names can vary a little by device and OS version, but subscription management lives in your Apple or Google account settings.
What happens after cancellation
In most cases, access stays active until the current billing period ends. Removing the app from your phone does not cancel the subscription by itself.
If you cannot find the subscription
First check whether you used a different Apple ID or Google account when you subscribed. If the subscription still does not appear, contact the platform support team or reach out to Mendro support.
